Il processo produttivo è completamente artigianale: qualunque passaggio viene effettuato rigorosamente a mano. 

Ritaglio strisce di carta con lunghezze o forme diverse a seconda del risultato che desidero ottenere: successivamente la carta viene da me "scolpita" acquistando forme e volumi. 

Attraverso una lunga e complessa lavorazione la forma ottenuta viene trattata per garantire solidità, impermeabilità e durabilità nel tempo al gioiello che mantiene la leggerezza originale. E il colore, infine, infonde un soffio di vita a quelle forme progettate e realizzate con estrema cura.

La carta è un materiale semplice: ma qui non state acquistando carta.
State acquistando un prodotto artistico unico e completamente realizzato a mano che nessun altro avrà. State acquistando la passione, le competenze tecniche, e l'immaginazione di un'artista.

Production is fully handmade: each working step is made only by hand.

I cut paper stripes with different lengths and different shapes according to the result I want to get: then paper is kind of "sculpted" in order to get volumes.

Thanks to a long and complex handcrafting working process paper turns solid, resistant and waterproof still keeping its original lightness. The colour, eventually, breaths life in those shapes designed and crafted with such extreme care.

Paper is such a simple material: but you are not buying paper here.
You are buying an artistic unique and handcrafted piece no one else will have but you. You are buying the passion, the technical skills and the imagination of an artist.

Spesso mi viene chiesto quanto tempo io impieghi a realizzare queste opere.

Ci metto tanto.

Ci metto cene che saltano, ore di sonno sacrificate, allenamenti in cui progetto mentre corro o marcio, appunti con cui ricopro le mura della casa in cui vivo. Ci metto un amore incondizionato, una ricerca continua nell'ispirazione e nella progettazione. Ci metto sacrificio perché mi trovo a rinunciare a molte altre cose. Ci metto una passione da togliere il fiato.

E quando li guardo prendere vita e poi andare via, tra le mani di qualcuno che li ha scelti e che ha scelto la mia arte, qualcosa mi attraversa come un brivido: perché tutto quello che io ci messo, entra così a fare parte della vita di qualcun altro.

Ed è una sensazione di una bellezza indescrivibile.

People ask me how long it takes to me to realize these pieces.

It takes a lot, not only time wise.

It takes dinners I don't have the time to prepare, it takes hours of sleep I sacrifice, daily running sessions where I mentally design new pieces, notes I cover the wall of the home I live in with. It takes unconditional love and an endless research for insipiration and design. It takes sacrifice because I have to give up on other things. It takes a passion that takes my breath away.

And then, when I wave goodbye to my creations, looking at them into someone's hands who has chosen my art I have goose bumps of pure joy: because all of the love and the life and the passion I have put in my art, will be part of another human being life.

And it's pure beauty beyond words.
